From report to response

my-driving is built around a simple promise: make it easy to raise an issue, route it to the right people, and create a better record of what happened next.

1. Report received

The initial report captures the essentials needed for triage: who is involved, where it happened, when it happened, and the core description of the incident.

2. Review and matching

The case is reviewed against operator, fleet and vehicle context so it can be routed accurately instead of being handled as a disconnected message.

3. Response and escalation

If needed, cases can be escalated and assigned to the right operational contact, with status visibility maintained throughout.

4. Resolution and learning

Once closed, the case becomes structured operational knowledge that can support reporting, quality assurance and continuous improvement.
